Coco Libre
Combine Coco Licor and Cola and let sit until still.
Fill up the glass half way with coconut water. Add Coco Licor and Cola mix. Stir to blend if desired.
If you can source Mexican Coca-Cola that is sweetened with cane sugar, it will be more authentic.
You can use other brands of cola or artisanal colas as you prefer.
